For those who cannot make it to campus, GMC will make every effort to work with you individually. Additionally, we are closely monitoring the development and potential impact of Hurricane Milton. At this time, the storm’s path is being tracked carefully, and there is no immediate cause for alarm in our area. However, we want to ensure that you are prepared and informed in case the situation changes. 25th Annual Will Robinson Memorial Run Check Presentation

25th Annual Will Robinson Memorial Run Proceeds Presentation

During the National Peace Officers Memorial Day ceremony, Georgia Military College hosted its 4th annual ceremony to honor law enforcement officers that have been killed in the line of duty. Following the ceremony, Ed and Marcia Robinson represented their family as checks were presented to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and the GMC Foundation with proceeds collected at the 25th Annual Will Robinson Memorial Run. This annual event honors and remembers their son, Will Robinson, a GMC Prep School graduate in 1987, and Baldwin County Sheriff’s Deputy that was tragically killed in the line of duty on December 17, 1995.

Each year, the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and Georgia Military College host the annual Will Robinson Memorial Run, benefitting the William E. Robinson, IV Memorial Scholarship Fund at GMC, assisting students of law enforcement families to benefit from the same GMC experience Robinson did, and the C.H.A.M.P.S. Program in Baldwin County, teaching our 5th-graders to say “NO!” to drugs and safety guidelines for today’s world.

The 26th Annual Will Robinson Memorial Run will be held October 23, 2021 during Alumni Weekend.
