We have plans to provide extensions and support for those affected with the goal of completing the term. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we’ll be flexible and supportive as we move forward. As Quarter 1 ends, we remain committed to your success, so please check here regularly for updates as we monitor recovery efforts. For those who cannot make it to campus, GMC will make every effort to work with you individually. Additionally, we are closely monitoring the development and potential impact of Hurricane Milton. At this time, the storm’s path is being tracked carefully, and there is no immediate cause for alarm in our area. However, we want to ensure that you are prepared and informed in case the situation changes. Student-Faculty Basketball Game to Benefit Disaster Relief

Georgia Military College will hold a student/faculty basketball game Thursday, January 20th, 2:30 p.m., in the Cordell Events Center. Middle school and high school students will battle against their teachers in an effort to raise money for The Sri Lanka Disaster Relief Fund. The event is the idea of GMC 6th grader, Miss Jordi Bohannon, who recently helped Mr. Murali Thirumal address thank you cards to those who had contributed to the fund. Admission will be $1.00. The faculty team will consist of Johnny Williams, Derek Allen, Scott Seagraves, Tim Lehman, Jon Deen, Charles Myers, Chris Barfield, Charlie Harbor, and John Thornton.
