Policies and Procedures

Graduation Fee

The graduation fee is payable in the semester of graduation regardless of whether or not the student participates in the formal graduation ceremony.

Archdiocesan teachers

Must provide the Billing Office with documentation from your principal or administrator on school letterhead verifying your employment. Documentation must be provided at the beginning of each academic term to receive the tuition discount.

Merck employees

Must show the Billing Office their valid employee identification each term to receive the tuition discount.

Mercy Hospital employees

Must show the Billing Office their valid employee identification each term to receive the tuition discount.

Tuition Reimbursement Policy

Students who have tuition reimbursement with their employer must provide the Billing Office with a copy of their employer policy at the beginning of each term stating the student’s eligibility. The student must 10% of their invoice and the balance is required prior to the end of classes. The responsibility of paying the balance owed is solely the students. The reimbursement time of the employer to employee has no bearing on the payment due date.
