Sister Mary Gregory Grant

Adult (age 24 or older) full-time students who demonstrate need. GPA 2.3 or better.

Gwynedd-Mercy Grant

Full-time students who demonstrate need.
$1,000 - $10,000

Griffin Grant

Full-time students. Need considered but not a determining factor.
$1,000 - $5,000

Federal Pell Grant

Full or part-time students who demonstrate exceptional need.
$400 - $5,550

PHEAA State Grant

Full and part-time students who demonstrate need. PA Resident:
$200 - $3,500

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant

Full-time students with exceptional financial need.
$200 - $4,000

Federal Perkins or Nursing Loans

Full-time students with verified financial need.
$500 - $4,000

Federal Direct Student Loan (Subsidized)

Full and part-time students with demonstrated need.
Freshman: $3,500
Sophomore: $4,500
Junior/Seniors: $5,500

Federal Direct Student Loan (Unsubsidized)

Students not eligible for subsidized Stafford Loan (in whole or part).
$500 - $5,500

Federal Direct PLUS Loan

Credit-worthy parent(s) of dependent undergraduate child and credit-worthy graduate student.
Total educational costs minus other financial aid.

Federal Work-Study

Full and part-time students with demonstrated need.
Amount varies.

Vocational Rehabilitation Grants

The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation provides financial assistance for qualified students. Eligibility requirements must be discussed with a representative from an OVR office. The office which generally services Gwynedd-Mercy is located at:
